Phishia, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and sustainability, is looking for a Business Developer to contribute to its expansion and strategic positioning. Working directly with the founders, you will be involved in a variety of high-impact assignments in an agile, stimulating, and empowering environment.

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Cybersecurity Business Developer to support the growth of our cybersecurity and Managed SOC activities.

Main responsibilities

Cybersecurity market analysis

  • Conduct strategic monitoring of the cybersecurity needs of French organizations.
  • Identify technological and regulatory trends (NIS 2, LPM, ISO 27001), threat landscapes, and competitive developments.
  • Segment priority targets by industry sector (industry, healthcare, services, public sector).

Prospecting and business development

  • Target and contact new clients (SMEs, mid-sized companies, large accounts, public entities) through calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, trade shows, and events.
  • Qualify cybersecurity needs (audits, ISO support, technical solutions, awareness training, etc.). Identify the right stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CEO, compliance).

Building and deploying the sales strategy

  • Contribute to defining the firm’s business development priorities.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches aligned with Phishia’s offerings (sustainable cybersecurity, compliance support, information system security). Track opportunities in the CRM and manage the sales cycle through to closure.

Negotiation and contracting

  • Prepare sales proposals in close collaboration with technical teams.
  • Participate in negotiations through to contract signature.
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and the services delivered.

Partnerships and ecosystem development

  • Identify potential partners (software vendors, integrators, complementary consulting firms).
  • Structure strategic alliances to enrich Phishia’s offerings.
  • Represent the firm at cybersecurity ecosystem events.


Additional responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous technology watch on cybersecurity solutions (EDR, SIEM, SOAR, awareness, Cloud, etc.). Contribute to the creation of content for webinars, workshops, training materials, or client presentations.
  • Manage existing client relationships in coordination with consultants to identify recurring business or upsell opportunities.


Desired profile

Graduate with a Bac+4/5 degree (business school, IAE, university) with a specialization in B2B marketing or business development
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or project management
Strong interest in environmental, societal, and regulatory challenges
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete solutions
Comfortable with prospecting, sales writing, and client relationship management
Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and a proactive mindset
