CSR & Sustainable Development Engineer

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and committed CSR & Sustainable Development Engineer, ready to accelerate the growth of our sustainability activities while building on our historical expertise in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Your responsibilities

As a CSR Engineer, you will work on a wide range of technical and strategic projects, with a high level of autonomy:

• Conduct carbon footprint assessments and contribute to the development of climate transition plans (SBTi, low-carbon pathways) Support clients in achieving regulatory compliance (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Non-Financial Performance Statements, etc.).
• Carry out value chain and impact analyses to identify ESG risks and opportunities.
• Develop CSR strategies and implement non-financial reporting tools.
• Contribute to cross-functional offerings with the AI and cybersecurity teams to deliver integrated and innovative solutions.
• Ensure regulatory, technical, and sector-specific monitoring on sustainability topics.

Desired profile

Graduate of an engineering school or a Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in environment, sustainable development, or CSR
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a high level of autonomy
Proficiency in environmental modeling and analysis tools (Excel, Python, carbon tools, etc.)
Good understanding of climate, regulatory, and societal challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
