HOW AND WHY DO WE COLLECT DATA?

PHISHIA produces and distributes various cybersecurity content (alerts, white papers, webinars,
newsletters). Your information (last name, first name, job title, company, email address, phone number) is
voluntarily provided to us when you fill out a form on our website, sign up for an
information campaign or event, or communicate with us by phone, email, or social media
. We only keep this data to send you the content you have
requested, to follow up on customer relations, and to improve our services.

HOW WILL WE USE IT?

The data collected may be stored: on servers hosted by Squarespace (our
web platform), with our email and registration form providers. These subcontractors
are contractually bound to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures
to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data. We only use your
information in connection with the requested service; it is never sold or rented to third parties.
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service (and for a maximum of
three years after your last active contact).

HOW TO CONTROL YOUR DATA AND EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS?

You have the following rights at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection,
and portability (Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR). To exercise these rights or obtain further information, click on the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, or contact our Data Protection Officer
(DPO) directly at contact@orange-squirrel-358266.hostingersite.com. We will process your request as quickly as possible. If
you feel that your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the
CNIL.
