Phishia, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and sustainability, is looking for a Business Developer to contribute to its expansion and strategic positioning. Working directly with the founders, you will be involved in a variety of high-impact assignments in an agile, stimulating, and empowering environment.

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and motivated Cybersecurity Business Developer Intern to support the growth of our cybersecurity and Managed SOC activities.

We support major CAC 40 players (Airbus, Bouygues, SNCF …), with recognized expertise in cybersecurity, the core of our business.
Our cybersecurity and environmental assessment divisions are experiencing rapid growth, driven by strong demand and our pragmatic approach.

Main responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy: market analysis, competitive intelligence, offer positioning, and strategic thinking.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels (LinkedIn, sales calls, networking, etc.).
  • Analyze prospect and client needs in order to propose tailored solutions aligned with their strategic challenges.
  • Design cybersecurity offerings adapted to client needs, delivering clear, useful, and distinctive solutions.
  • Write impactful sales proposals and actively participate in contractual negotiations.
  • Contribute content to the website to strengthen visibility and reinforce positioning.

Desired profile

Student in a business school or university (BTS or Bachelor’s/Master’s level) with a specialization in marketing or sales
Autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of initiative
Strong interest in cybersecurity topics
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong persuasive abilities
A first experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is a plus

Internship framework

Duration: 6-month internship, starting September 2025
Location: remote work, with regular check-ins with the team
Possibility of occasional on-site assignments with clients (Paris, Nantes)
Compensation: legal internship allowance
