CSR Business Developer

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and committed CSR Business Developer, ready to accelerate the growth of our sustainability activities while building on our historical expertise in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Phishia is a consulting firm founded by two engineers, specializing in major technological and strategic challenges: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and sustainability. We support major CAC 40 players (Airbus, Bouygues, SNCF…), with recognized expertise in cybersecurity, the core of our business. Our cybersecurity and environmental assessment divisions are experiencing rapid growth, driven by strong demand and our pragmatic approach.

Your responsibilities

Working directly with the founders, you will actively contribute to the business development of the CSR practice:

• Contribute to reflections on positioning, market trends, regulatory monitoring, and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and prospect new clients (LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.).
• Analyze prospects’ CSR challenges to propose tailored offerings (carbon footprint assessments, ESG strategy, CSRD reporting, etc.).
• Design integrated CSR and Cybersecurity offerings with strong added value.
• Write impactful sales proposals and participate in negotiations.
• Contribute to the commercial animation of the website and to the creation of strategically oriented content.

Desired profile

Student in a business school or university (Bachelor’s/Master’s level), ideally with a specialization in CSR
Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive
Strong sensitivity to environmental and societal challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong persuasive abilities
A first experience in prospecting or customer relations is a strong plus

Internship framework

Duration: 6-month internship, starting September 2025
Location: remote work, with regular check-ins with the team
Possibility of occasional on-site assignments with clients (Paris, Nantes)
Compensation: legal internship allowance
