Phishia, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and sustainability, is looking for a Project Security Integration Engineer to contribute to its expansion and strategic positioning. Working directly with the founders, you will be involved in a variety of high-impact assignments in an agile, stimulating, and empowering environment.

To support its expansion, Phishia is looking for a dynamic and committed Security Integration Engineer for Projects, ready to accelerate the growth of our sustainability activities while building on our historical expertise in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

Your responsibilities

As part of our project teams, you will contribute to securing client projects in demanding technical environments:

  • Contribute to integrating security requirements from the project scoping and design phases (secure by design).
  • Participate in the formalization of risk analyses (EBIOS RM), security plans, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIS2, LPM, etc.).
  • Support the implementation of technical security controls: system hardening, authentication, segmentation, and logging.
  • Collaborate with system and development teams to validate the correct implementation of security measures.
  • Take part in reviewing technical deliverables, ensuring requirements traceability, and preparing for security audits.
  • Contribute to regulatory, standards, and technology monitoring related to secure integration.

Desired profile

Student in an engineering school or university program (Bachelor’s/Master’s level), with a specialization in environment, sustainable development, or CSR engineering
Autonomous, rigorous, analytical, and curious
Strong understanding of environmental, energy, and societal challenges
Comfortable handling environmental data and modeling tools (Excel, Python, carbon tools, etc.)
A first experience in a consulting firm or a CSR-related assignment is a plus

Internship framework

Duration: 6-month internship, starting September 2025
Location: remote work, with regular check-ins with the team
Possibility of occasional on-site assignments with clients (Paris, Nantes)
Compensation: legal internship allowance
